Announcement for the Lansing Area African American Genealogy Society
		Home					The Lansing Area African American Genealogy Society (LAAAGS) seeks help from community members who may have maintained funeral notices/programs or obituaries of Lansing Area African Americans throughout the years. LAAAGS would like to have these documents included in a collection currently on file at the Capital Area District Library. LAAAGS is particularly interested in death notices/funeral programs of early African American residents who lived in the Greater Lansing Area during the late 1880's through 1930. Photographs are welcome as well. Non-returnable copies of documents and photos can be mailed to LAAAGS, P.O. Box 22203 , Lansing , Michigan 48909 .
